Arnette Ltd Production Supervisor Job Description

Arnette Ltd., a Chemical Manufacturer seeks a Production Supervisor for immediate opening.

General operational responsibilities as a working supervisor include:

* Overseeing and assisting with the manufacturing of resins, specialty intermediates, and coating systems, primarily epoxy and polyurethane.
* The right candidate will bring with their previous 5-10 years of supervisory/technical experience the ability to direct, coach, and motivate employees on a daily basis while working with the production staff. The candidate will work with
* Management to implement daily functions in the plant while striving to increase safety, output, and production while working to reduce waste.

The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for:

* Promoting employee engagement in all Company policy.
* Proactively working with all departments to ensure smooth daily functions
* Assisting to promote new ideas and developments a must for the Production Supervisor.
