As an A+ Certified Technician for Computer Wholesalers, Inc (CWI), you will be an important member of the team that audits, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment. There will be some shipping duties and loading/​unloading of trucks. You will be asked to clean and organize the warehouse as necessary. You will be working on your feet and some heavy lifting is required. You will also be performing inventory reconciliation as necessary.

Qualifications:

CompTIA A+ Certification (this is an absolute requirement - please do not apply without it)

Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of PC hardware and peripherals, such as hard disks, modems, and upgrade cards.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience. An associates degree or higher is a definite plus.

PC experience in Macintosh or Windows environments. You must have working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (specifically Word and Excel).

Working knowledge of operating systems and platforms to include DOS and Windows as a minimum.​ Other operating systems or platforms are a definite plus.
