Delta-Pharma Fill Machine Operator Job Description

Pharmaceutical company is searching for a qualified candidates to fill a Fill Machine Operator position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Practices aseptic technique at all times while working in aseptic areas.

2. Complies with current SOP’s and cGMPs.

3. Maintains aseptic gowning requirements.

4. Sets up and adjusts filling equipment settings to meet process parameters.

5. Safely operates filling equipment and troubleshoots problems to ensure process parameters are met throughout the run.

6. Documents work accurately and timely.

7. Cleans and sanitizes fill equipment and aseptic area per SOP.

8. Unloads ovens and autoclaves when cycles are completed and verified.

9. Reconciles components and product.

10. Loads, cleans and unloads lyophilizers as required

*Facility runs on all three shifts- candidates open to any shift preferred
