HostMySite.com is seeking skilled professionals for the full time position of Web Server Systems Support Representative in our Newark, Delaware location.

This position is a great mix of customer support and systems administration. Our Web Server System Support Representatives are empowered to log into servers, troubleshoot problems, and do everything necessary to provide outstanding service to our customers. Representatives will work in a 24/7 inbound support center answering calls, writing professional emails in response to customer tickets and calls, performing online Web chat discussions with customers, and any troubleshooting tasks required to solve a customer issue.

Web Server System Support

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:

* Linux
* Windows 2000 and/or 2003 Server
* Basic Internet protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, POP3, and HTTP
* Web application servers and platforms, such as IIS, Apache, ASP.net, ColdFusion, PHP, and Perl is helpful but not required
* Communicating with customers by phone, email and online Web chat
