Robert Half Technology Computer Operator Job Description

General Responsibilities: Performs batch operator duties including external file loads, running pre-assigned batch processes, and printing notices and statements. Monitors batch jobs throughout the day, recognizing issues and communicating through proper channels when necessary.

Qualifications :

Required Job Functions:

1. Load various ACH, Inclearing, Loan, ATM and Lockbox files from MI and OH
2. Print various MI and OH client notices/statements ensuring quality and accuracy
3. Monitor batch jobs ensuring accurate completion of jobs and timely delivery reports
4. Effectively communicate and document any issues/questions that arise regarding batch processing
5. Provide accurate and timely communication to internal clients regarding requested files loads and postings

Minimum Experience Required:
Individual must have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience and one to three years of related banking experience. Knowledge of Oracle or database software preferred.

Academic Specifications:
Degree in computer science or related computer degree.
