Accountemps Billing Clerk Job Description

A telecommunications company in the DTC is looking for a billing clerk to join their team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to -processing and submitting bills to customers on a daily basis -Research and resolve customer billing and account issues -Professional communicate with customers to confirm orders and billing details -Process customer requested cancellations -Perform all other duties that are assigned

Qualifications :

2+ years experience in data entry, AR, billing and/or customer support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
Quick learner
Excellent data entry skills
Detail oriented
