Yoh IT has an opening for a Business Systems Analyst with our customer in Wilmington, DE. This is a 6+ month contract position.

Qualifications:

- At least 4 years combined technical and business analytical experience
- Experience creating and maintaining relationships with business contacts
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, IT-related preferred

Technical Skills and Abilities:

- Experience with Agile Development Methodologies, specifically SCRUM
- Experience with US tax projects helpful (end of year reporting)
- Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple concurrent efforts
- Conceptualize and think creatively
- Persuasive
- Effectively translate between business and technical language
- Lead and mentor a team
- Work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
